History of Clean tape jobs
I have BExec 2012.
I I perform a tape clean 1x/month. Recently, a job failed and said tape drive needed to be cleaned.
I looked at the statistics of the tape drive, and it said last clean date was 14 months ago!
Question:
Where can I see a 'history' of tape cleaning jobs proving it has been cleaned monthly?
Are you using a robotic library or a stand-alone tape drive?
Stand-alone tape drives do not have cleaning jobs, so there would be no log.
