Norton Exec 2012 Backup job not completed
Please be advised that a backup job full, incremental unable to be completed for a long time now, and its critical data has not been backed up for more than two weeks now.
I have tried to follow different troubleshooting methods one of them being the below article, also use a webpage, chat,..etc to open a ticket but failed.
