Remove VM from old version

Hi Guys;  

I would like to know,  how  I  can proceed to remove the Virtual Machine from the old Backup exec version. We don’t need more backups from this VM,  and then we decided to remove it, but we are not sure if the procedure attached is correct.

Could help to clarify the issue?
