Simplfied Disaster Recovery Disk is not Created

I cannot to get this message regarding that I need to create a disaster Recovery Disk but my server will not do that.  AND,  the backup stops at backing up to tape,  Status:  Discovering Resources  Current directory:  Active Directory\DC=ForestDnsZones\CN=NTDS Quotas;  Current fileL  showInAdvancedViewOnly. 

The backup stops right here. 

What can I do to get this to continue the backup, I do not want to create a ISO file for recovery.
