Hi, your description is very high level and I am not sure what DI version you are using. To understand what the root cause, working with support may be a better option as the crashing of your description is very high level. To understand what the root cause, working with support may be a better option as the crashing of report may be due to many reasons. I have seen cases with the customers, where making changes to both "Number of Records" and "Truncate output if record count exceeds" options in the report, has solved the issue.However, you can quickly check couple of these technotes, if that can resolve your issue:
