Does setting the DMP IOPOLICY require a reboot?

We are going to change the DMP IOPOLICY for our IBM XIV storage from Balanced to Round-Robin.  We are also going to set use_all_path=yes.  Do these commands require a reboot (Solaris).  I checked the VXVM Admin guide and can't see anything about this being disruptive or requiring a reboot.  Just wondering if anyone has experience with this and can elaborate.
