Transparent Data Protection (TDE)
As Clearwell platforms start to pop-up all over our agency, more and more tough security questions come up about our servers and their data (SQL data for instance). One looming question is can eDiscovery use TDE, Transparent Data Encryption? Will it ever? Thanks.
