Media Server Confiuration

Dear Experts,

Kindly I need your help to solve the issue, please find the below information:

- The Master Server is Solaris.

- There are two Tape libraries connected with this media server through SAN switch.

- I install their Drivers for both Controllers and Drives.

- from master server topology the media server appears as connected, but from the media server itself it appears as not connected

when I try to run a policy using this media device it gives me an error " robote in not active".
