Can I use both Advanced Disk and Puredisk at the same media server?
An huge company is trying to do that configuration and I haven't found so far at the tech guides the answer i need for the question above.

Yes!
An example: Symantec NetBackup Appliance 5230 is a Media Server with both types of storage, somehow built-in. We use both of them and that works.
You can mount as many storage types to one Media Server as you like.
The question is will the preformance be sufficient? Will this scale as required? Where would you enforce the deduplication to take place?

Is there a guide with the minimum hardware requirements for MSDP?
Are you talking about MSDP? Puredisk actaully runs on its own server.
Either way you can have multiple pools on a media server.
