Do Puredisk can backup files without extension?

Hi, I like to know if Puredisk able backup files without extension?

    PureDisk or NetBackup with media server dedupe (which is also known as PureDisk type diskpool)? Please give as much information as possible - such as OS you want to backup, filesystem type, etc. If OS and filesystem is supported, there should be no problem to backup files without extentions.
