NSS Tenant name was not reflected on Home screen when it was modified

Hi all,
Forgive me if this topic was already discussed.

A modified tenant name was not reflected on Home screen when the tenant name was modified.

I created the tenant name, for example ‘Akasaka’ and save it. And then modified the name to Akasaka001.
But the Home screen never reflect it. It’s still showing ‘Akasaka’.

NSS version is 7.7.3.

Do you know a fix or workaround ?

    Hi Shinji

    Great question, this does come up from time to time and its not included in a VOX article so great to get it on here.

    This will correct itself when the system sync is next run.

    Or you can manually run this (as an adminstrator) from the monitoring tab by selecting the cog next to 'System Sync' and selecting 'Run Now'.
