problem fixed by setting the right hostname of recipient under /etc/hosts
10.50.23.30 balgmas1o

OpsCenter version is 7.5

I'm trying to add the alert  "High Job Failure Rate"

The error is exactly the one given above "An unknown exception has occured. To continue, click on any tab" appearing in a box at the middle of the window with brown colour.
