VERITAS InfoScale Storage 7.4 for windows 2012
Nodes = One at Primary site and one at DR site
ISSUE
Facing error V-76-58645-19925 when attempting to shrink volume. I am troubleshooting the issue and will update when get resolution. Meanwhile please share your ideas too
I am able to shrink the volume. As the error says (which I attached above) to check the virtual disk service. The service was running. However I restarted the same service from both machines and then the Shrink proceed succeed. Now I can see from my computer that the volume(D Drive) size is 250G.(snapshot is attached)
However when I see the Disk View from VEA, I can't see the updated view. The disk does not show free space after shrinking the volume. Also the volume size still showing around 900 GB (snapshot is attached). Seems that VEA does not update the latest information
