Problem resizing volume VXVM

I ran the command and i get the same error.

# /etc/vx/bin/vxresize  -F ufs  -t taskid_110 -g datadg oracle15  +500M  

 

VxVM vxresize ERROR V-5-1-7231 Problem running mkfs command for volume oracle15, in diskgroup datadg

/dev/vx/rdsk/datadg/oracle15: cannot open
