Is there a way to automatically create new virtual tapes on an as-needed basis?

Tape provisioning is performed outside Backup Exec via:

1. AWS Web Console
2. AWS API
3. AWS CLI

Most customers we talk to like to manage their Virtual Tape Media by provisioning it in advance. AWS charges per data stored to AWS VTL.
