is Netbackup able to scale the bandwidth ?
is Netbackup able to scale the bandwidth (or RAM usage etc.) used by a client? I don't know how to explain this well, but we can take the example of Windows Update which uses via BITS a certain limit depending on the resources necessary for the proper functioning of the machine. We have just removed the bandwidth limitation on our routers, but some machines (100mbps network card) have seen their backup operations reach speeds close to 70mbps (8500kb/s). We're concerned that these backups will eat up too much bandwidth...Adding Replication Server
