Backup for File server
We have one Windows 2008 R2 - file server ( this is used for providing shared storage folder to users ). Required backup for this server. Purchased Netbackup version 7.6.0.1 and configured Widnows master server. Available 2 TB storage EMC - NAS. This storage connected Directly to Master. 1Gig - Network. 1. My catalog also stored same location 2. Need to utilze 2 TB Storage. So my plan to configure puredisk. ( Not required replication ). Puredisk Replication failure
Puredisk 6.6.0.3 running on platform Suse Linux. I have single SPA at PROD and DR. Backup completes successfully. Out of 55 replication jobs only 15 jobs fails with this error. WAN link between SPA is 100 Mbps Tried following options: Changed replication schedule. Increased nap time, sleep time, maxstreams, For one job Data selection is 300 GB. split that into 100 GB data selection and 2/3 replication was successful. Checked network for package drop. Duplication issue for basic disk
Hi, I'm having an environment running with Netbackup 7.0. We havea media server which is running on sol 10is configured with basic storage disks of total 43TB of space.There are fourdisk storage units have been configured to this diskstorage which is having different folder names foreach storageunit in the same mount point. mount point name is /sata storageunit folder names: /sata/incs /sata/fulls /sata/database/incs /sata/database/fulls Now we are facing the issue with the duplication. Whenever we kick off the manual relocation, parent job completing successfully with error code 0 but it is not generating any child jobs(Duplication).
