Keyrings
I have been working on my company's billing computer for the last few months and have never had an issue with it. However, for the last week or so I have not been able to open up anything that was encrypted. It keeps on giving me the following error: "It is not possible to decrypt this message because your keyring does not contain usable private keys corresponding to any of the above public keys." Can someone please explain this to me and let me know how I can possibly fix it? I have reviewed the keys and they all appear to be correct. I have been working with this system like I said for the last few months but it has been in used for various years.Solved1.1KViews2likes1CommentCompliance Accelerator Client via Citrix issue opening .pdf files
We are trying to get our remote email reviewers to review emails by using the compliance accelerator client via Citrix. All in all it seems to work fine with the exception of opening .pdf files. When opening a .pdf file we get the following error There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again.(103:103) When the CA client is local with Adobe local we do not see this issue. We are running Adobe reader 10.1.7.and where others have seen this error but not related to CA the issue has either beendue to opening documents in a browser or protected mode. I have tried what has been suggested without any luck. Does anyone have any thoughts out there? TeddySolved2KViews1like9CommentsADSynchroniser.exe 500 failed logins
