How are you? Hopefully you're well. I just installed Norton 2011 Anti virus for my home computer. I did a complete scan and when I reviewed the results I noticed that I had a virus called Trojan.Malscript!html. My software told me that I had to remove it manually myself. I tried to do this, but every time I triedit told me that I didn't have the Admin. privileges. I'm the only user and I'm the Admin. on this computer. What should I do? What will this virus do to my computer? Thanks, DaveSolved949Views0likes3CommentsMy product is wrongfully labeled as a threat by Norton.
Hi, My product is wrongfully labeled as a threat by Norton and a .dll file is deleted by Norton and thus the product does not function correct. It is the 'File Insight service that warns about this. See image below. I would like to know how my company can become 'whitelisted' or any other way for us to avoid this scenario? Appologize if this was posted in the wrong forum...462Views0likes2CommentsDo I need an SSL certificate for a website that allows people to make donations over the web?
It is technically a foundation, a non profit organization website, which will allow people to make donations for the cause. Is purchasing an SSL certificate for this site a good idea? How much will it cost me?448Views0likes1CommentHow to block Babylon, 7Pic and Sweetimm
I am having a real struggle in stopping Babylon, 7Picuploader and some other crap called Trust (sweetimm) ending up on my XP based desktop. Sweetimm is interesting, it blows kisses at me! I have the latest version of Norton Interenet Security and am a little pissed off that it does not pick up these intrusions. Previous versions of the software allowed me to block this junk manually but this latest version doesn't. I can disable theNorton Firewall and use the Microsoft one which will work but it is not exactly a good solution. I have removed all files manually frommy PCthat relate to these programms, including all the hidden files but this rubbish still gets back and installs. There must be a way that Norton IS can be configured to stop these intrusions?397Views0likes1Comment
