We need to lock down all unnecessary ports on a Solaris 5.10 server running Netbackup 6.5. I need to know if anyone can tell me which ports I need to keep open for Netbackup 6.5 on the backup server itself and also the clients that Netbackup backs up remotely.513Views0likes2CommentsNet backup 6.5.5 compatible with IBM ULT3580 TD4

IMy question is, does this vulnerability apply only to the server and not the client system? I don't see anywhere saying it applies to the client (In our case a windows 2008 server). But our netbackup admins (Unix) state it applies to the server as well as the client. Or is just a case of, we should be upgrading the client along with the server.....
