Aptare Integration with ServiceNow and Incidents

Judging by the small amount of questions in the forum, it doesn't seem that many people are using Aptare or their installs are perfect. I'll be hopeful though. Is anybody using Aptare with ServiceNo...

Hi My_name_is_Dave.  This is the first I have seen this forum.  What version of APTARE / SNOW do you have?  Are you still seeing incidents being deleted from SNOW?
