Cross countries logging of orders or cross countries licenses transfer?

Not sure what you mean by this, can you give an example? Any specific product?

...we bought a bunch of licenses for 1 of our clients and were able to install them in various countries. No questions asked when we logged calls with support.

Is this not for countries where Symantec, as part of the licensing agreement, basically forbid you to sell their products into?
