Access Denied

Hello I keep trying to send an update to our sdsql server but I keep getting, not sure what to do at this point.  Its not allowing me to do a full backup, anyone have any suggestions

Access Denied.  Please edit the remote credentials and retry the validation.

  • Make sure that the credentials that you use have db_owner rights to the databases
  • You can also manually update the Remote Agent using this KB - https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.TECH70657
