Add a Server from another Domain and IP Range

I dint so...we use Symantec....on the DMZ Server

And the Backup Server dindt have a AntiVir.

Ive seen, that the Service (Backup Agent) is running. Thats oso not the problem.

Ive tried again:

- On the Backupserver in the BAckup Exec Programm ive add a new Sign-In Account
- Ive gave the same Domain, Username  and the Password  like the Administrator User on the DMZ Server.
- Again the mistake;wrong PWD or Username

Is maybe an restart of the DMZ Server a theme?

Try it and see...you never know.

O im worry...


The reboot doesnt change something...

Is there no other way to add the Server to the Backupjobs?
