Attempting to restore data from old tapes and getting error 0xe0000383

I am trying to restore data from old tapes via file redirect to a network share and keep getting Microsoft Windows logon error 0xe0000383 when running the job.  I have tried using my domain admin credentials, the local admin credentials and the System Logon Account (which is pictured in my instruction packet), as well as manually added all of those accounts to the local Administrators group as well as the Backup Operators group on the target computer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
