Backing up Windows Cluster File Server

i cant backup file server , i did install the agents in two servers , server showed up with the cluster name , i can see the drives that shared but when i select them for backup it’s not backed up it finish in 30 second and it give backup is successful but no real backup is done , can you explain why or how to back up !
