Backup CCTV Data 9 TB

    If it is lots of small .AVI files making up the 300GB that you probably need a image/block level product to avoid performance issues and Backup Exec is a file level product. Symantec System Recovery is such a product BUT can't write to tape so won't be much use.

    I'd suggest you test the scenario with Backup Exec to see the performance (You can use Evaluation / trialware mode if you don't have a license already)
