Backup Error

Could you share some more info please, like:
- If you open the job log and expand all section, do you see the error in a specific section of the backup process, maybe even a file name?
You could share the job log if you prefer.
- Are you backing up a VM or a physical server.

Can you try disabling Intelligent Disaster Recovery (IDR)/Simplified Disaster Recovery (SDR) then restart the services and try again?
