Backup Exec 12.5 Database Maintenance Failure Maintenance has failed: 11, Check database failed

Greetings from sunny Hawkes Bay, New Zealand We have just upgrade from 11d to 12.5 on an SBS 2003 Premium server. We are getting a daily Event as shown below *********************************...

    ISSUE:  Backup exec database maintenance failing

    ERROR CODE/MESSAGE: Failing on consistency check

    ENVIRONMENT/CONDITIONS:
    Windows 2003 SBS
    Backup Exec 12.5

    SOLUTION/WORKAROUND:

    DLO was also installed so we did not know which database was inconsistent.
    DLO was not being used so we uninstalled the DLO
    Ran the consistency check again
    This time it was successful

Hi jbatten,

Thank you for your response.
We continue to get  the daily event as above.
I am our SQL DBA as well so I will try your suggestion as soon as possible.
