Backup Exec 2012

I get this message after upgrade of BEDB from 12.5 to 14.0

 

After upgrade to Backup Exec 2012 from previous versions all jobs fail with Dispatch failed status and following error is seen “Unable to load the job configuration information.

 

What should I do?!

Backup and Recovery
Backup Exec
Backup Exec (media server only)

    I used BEMIG to assist me in the upgrade and something went wrong when I edited registry.

    Tried it again and now all works just fine.

    A known issue as of now...Would strongly suggest to contact Support & reference this KB - TECH186697
