BackupExec 2012 configuration, job history missing

Hi everyone,

I don't know how this/why it happens, but somehow our BackupExec server 2012 lost it's config, backup jobs, backup history and all the tapes became scratch media. We've tried to run BEUtility and restore but no changes. We assume the BEDB.bak has been rewritten with the new (blank) configuration.

We have a backup of Data folder that was 5 years old and when we copied this to the working directory it brought back the old backup jobs but we still don't have the recent backup history.

Any suggestion of what we can do to fix this? We want to be able to get the config, backup jobs and history again.
