BE2014 - The error "The BackupExec Server service terminated unexpectedly" happens every other day

We have this problem on another BE2014 server that is keeping the jobs from running without intervention. For the past few days, the Backup Exec server service has been crashing with the er...
Check to see if any antivirus installed isn't perhaps scanning the BE services on these days, and if so, put in an exclusion for them.
Also make sure that BE 2014 SP1 is installed, and that these patches have been push-installed to your remote servers.
