I've been waiting to update to SP2 of BE2014. I installed the "Coming soon to LiveUpdate" patch, but still do not see SP2 after a few weeks. Is there a date we know it will be there? I'd rather use liveupdate over manually patching.

There is no need to contact support to install BE 2014 SP2.
It has been available via download.

No, not available on LiveUpdate yet. I've seen forum queries asking about this and the response from Symantec support is to contact support and have them install it.
I've also seen no ETA on when it will be available on LiveUpdate.

The SP delivered via LU is the same as the one that can be downloaded now.
