Be4691Rsp1.exe

Hello,
My Media Server has the following version : v9, b4691, r01
Operating system is Windows Server 2003 Service pack 1

Veritas Update --- List Installed Updates displays the following :

Installed Updates:
Date: September 22, 2004 Size: 7540 KB 9.1.4691 Hotfix 31 - Desktop and Laptop Option (Multiple Issues) - *Requires VERITAS Backup Exec (tm) 9.1 for Windows Servers revision 4691 Service Pack 1 and VERITAS Backup Exec 9.1 for Windows Servers revision 4691 Hotfix 1
Date: March 1, 2005 VERITAS Backup Exec (tm) 9.1 for Windows Servers revision 4691 - Service Pack 2

Date: December 24, 2003 Size: 1264 KB 9.1.4691 Hotfix 3 - Media Management (Media that is not appendable is incorrectly displayed with an Infinite Overwrite Protection)

Date: December 15, 2003 Size: 8474 KB 9.1.4691 Hotfix 1 - Desktop and Laptop Option (Enables support for the Desktop and Laptop Option)

When I try to install VERITAS Backup Exec (tm) 9.1 for Windows Servers revision 4691 - Service Pack 3 the following message is displayed :

Warning …. The following patches need to be installed before this patch can sucessfully continue : Be4691Rsp1.exe.

I have searched veritas web site but to no success.
I have installed service pack 1. which patch is this message referring to ?
Can u please help me?

    Hello,

    Try to run a silent installation of the Service pack as per the technote below and check if it runs well.

    If the issue persists, also look for specific errors in the Windows event logs.

    I ran the silent installation and the problem still exits. No specific errors are displayed in eventlog. ...:
