I've read a lot of post with similar error, someone are declared Fixed or resolved.
Tired all the solution proposed :
HKEY local machine/software/Symantec/backup Exec for Windows/backup...
BE 12.5 does not support Domino 8.5.2. You need at least BE 2010 R2 to backup Domino 8.5.2. See the SCL's below.

You need to upgrade to BE 2010 R3. You would need new licence keys to do the upgrade. If you are on a current maintenance contract then you can upgrade for free.
