Cannot convert a Windows Server 2012 machine to a VM

Hi,   I cannot convert a Windows Server 2012 or 2008R2 to a virtual machine. The option is grayed! For my other Windows server 2008 machines the convertion to VM Work normaly.   Can so...

    The multicolored logo indicates a physical Windows machine, whereas the blue icon indicates a virtual machine. And this is the reason, you are unable to use convert as P2V is for physical to virtual and not virtual to virtual.

Here is a screenshot of backup and restore menu. The servers with multicolored windows logo can be converted to a virtual machine.

The two last ones with the blue logo cannot be converted, when I right clic the option is grayed out.

What can mean this difference in logos.
