Cannot create .dr file
I am trying to set up IDR on the second server in a domain. The first went fine the second is giving problems. It complains that there is no .dr file. I reinstalled the agent and rebooted the server. I ran a full backup of the server (first drive/volume) and there are no global or selection exceptions. I checked the directory indicated in the settings and it does not show a .dr file for this server. The only help files I can find talk about editing the registry to force a .dr file to be created when there are exceptions. Should I do this anyway and then run a partial backup to create it? Thanks.
