CPU for beserver.exe goes to 30% constant, and memory goes up

CPU for beserver.exe goes to 30% constant, and memory goes up to about 70�% of available physical memory.
After a while the beserver.exe crashes.

This is Windows 2000 SP4 + Rollup
All patches installed both for W2K and Backup Exec.
I have the Lotus Domino Agent installed on same server.

The backup medium is an HP Ultrium Autoloader attached to an adaptec SCSI adapter 29160.
