Data Media keeps getting categorized as Cleaning Media

I have some data media that I have tried deleting, and rescaning, reinventorying.. etc. Regardless, it doesn't add itself into any Media Sets or System Media and is only viewable under "All media"

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

    Hello,
    - If you go to the right click on the media and go to its properties, you may check here the media set to which it belongs.
    - To change the media set, you may once again click right on the media and select the option to move to media set.., then select the media set and click 'ok'.
