DLO Problemas para Restaurar archivos
Estoy usando DLO de Backup Exec 12.5 para respaldar y restaurar archivos en laptops.
Cuando entro a la Consola de DLO me sale el siguiente mensaje:
“You do not have permission to read the contents of the log folder ‘\\J-MCT-S-DC02\IT CUA\LA-JCLApsistemas1\,dlo\JMCTE0636L23\.logs’.”
Y cuando intento restaurar archivos me sale lo siguiente:
“Unable to read the folder ‘\\J-MCT-S-DC02\JC CUAUTITLAN USUARIOS CRITICOS\LA-JCLAelira.\.dlo’ “ containing the files to be restored. You do not have permission to read the contents of this folder.
¿Qué puedo hacer? Necesito recuperar algunos archivos importantes.
