DLO system tray icon question

We have about 220 laptops that currently have DLO installed.  All of them have it run at startup with the -u modifier.  The problem I am having is that the icon is not showing in the system tray.  You have to end the process and then start it without the -u to see it in the system tray.  The problems is if I do it like that on startup, you see the splash screen and it does not automatically minimize to the system tray.  Any ideas...  Am I missing something in the profile configurations that handle this??

      solution: go to :  C:\ProgramData\Veritas\VERITAS SYSTEM RECOVERY then open Settings.ini.

      set setting TrayRunConsole=1 to zero.

      all should be solved.
