    Go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall all the .Net versions, then do a repair of BE itself. The repair of BE will re-install the correct version of .Net

Yes, I have.

I installed last update for BE & OS.

Also I removed DLO from BE, becouse it produced same problem. But prublem started generate from beserver.exe.
