Exchange server incrimantal backup fail

Hi

i'm try to backup exchange server information store using Backup exec 2014 . when we take full backup was successful and when it comes to incremental backup it gives GRT error.

Backup Exec 2014 SP2
Exchange server 2013 SP1
Exchange server circular login disabled

Backup and Recovery
Backup Exec
Windows Server (2003-2008)

    Do your full Exchange backup before doing any more incremental backups. Make sure you are not doing any other backups, like VM backups, between the Exchange full and incremental backups.

    ...  then do a full Exchange backup and proceed with your incremental backups.

    If AOFO is enabled for the Exchange backup, pls disable it.

    Confirm via eseutil as to what was the last backup of the Exchange DBs.

    If running any other backups (native Windows / Exchange backup, VM backup), specific scheduled tasks, exchange maintenance, do ensure it does not conflict with the Exchange backup.
