Export data from tape

Question

Dear all,Sorry to create new topic, I search but no one facing same my issue.My server instaled Backup Exec 2012 but it faulted cant boot in to OS. And I got the backup tape with successful. I installed new server and backup exec once in new server. Now, How can i&nbsp;export some data from tape to the hard disk in that new server ?Thank you for your help.BR/Quan.

Did you inventory and catalog tape?
You can see backup set after catalog and you are able to restore to hard disk.

Hello PKH,I try to restore but the Backup Exec dont have any task for restore. Just can see the capacity of tape in use.Anyone help me please !?Thank youQuan.

Hi Kf2013,Yes. I did follow your guide and saw the backup set and restored successfully the files i need. Time to catalogue long as how data big in tape.Thank you all.BR/Quan.
