extrack paket ralus2213HF314380-Linux.tar_314390.gz

i was extrack with command tar xzvf ralus2213HF314380-Linux.tar_314390.gz  , and the result only installraluspatch.sh and HF314380-Linux.tar ??? where is the folder "linux" which contain installralus ??? how to fix it??

    Hello,

    To download the RALUS for v 12.5 you will need to go to http://fileconnect.symantec.com and put in the serial number of the RALUS or infact any v12.5 product that you have. Once you put in a v 12.5 serial number you will automatically be redirected to the v 12 downloads.

    Hello,

    I think you have downloaded the WRONG file...The file name suggests thats its a hotfix : ralus2213HF314380-Linux....
