Help with backup exec
Above the tape drive is offline I have tried to disable and bring back the tape device but still the same it is going offline.
how can I fix this

What is the model of tape drive? Was working well before?
tried to reboot server and tape drive?
Did you check if the tape drive has any error/warning?
