Inquiry Backup Exec 20.4 is still possible to backup Windows server 2003?

Is it still possible to backup a server with OS Windows Server 2003?

No. Support for Server 2003 has been dropped a couple of versions ago.
There is some trick. You can install an old version BE agent on WS 2003 and you can backup data. Its not supported configuration, but it works. In my company, we have some WS 2008 (not R2) with BE 2014 agents installed and they successfully backing up from MMS with BE 20.3
