Lic question

Dear All,

We are proposing backup exec for one customer, customer needs agent base lic.. customer have 2 Hyper V host with 2 -2 VM each ( each host have one AD and one Exchange). and one physical file server. the backup will be on the tape drive (not library) which will be connected on either hyper V host. the customer wants to take a backup of the complete virtual machine.

which lic. will be best for the customer also do I have to take any lic. for tape also?

Please help me with correct lic.  the diagram is attached.

    There are various license models mentioned in the licensing guide.
    For your requirement, check how this fits your requirement -

    Custom license -
    1 BE license
    2 Agent for Vmware and Hyper V license (2 hyper V server)
    3 Application and database license (for exchange and 2 active directory recovery agent)
    1 Agent for windows (file server)
