Modifed time is 42 years off

I was just kicking through my backup data and came across this odd little tidbit: On the far right, under modified time, the date is '1.4.197'. does anyone have any ideas about this? i've seen...

Kunal's suggestion should fix the problem, if not please report back or if any assistance is needed with the install.
