NDMP to NDMP Restore Failed

Hello ,

We have BE16FP2.  We have 2 NDMP servers same brand netapp same version. ((Netapp-FAS2240-2 NetApp Release 8.2P3 7-Mode)

We are trying to restore tape backupset from ndmp1 to ndmp2 and it is giving error also ndmp2 to ndmp1 is the same:

0xe0001315 - An invalid destination was specified for the redirected restore. NDMP backup sets can only be redirected to an NDMP server of the same brand.
Final error category: Resource Errors

What is the point we are missing?

    Please try to specify the destination path in the same format as the source:

    //<IP-address-of-target>:10000/vol/FileSrvOperasyon/OnurB

    Can you confirm that the path exists on the target NetApp?

    Can you show us a screenshot of your restore screen where you typed the destination path?

        Those "screenshots" appear to be the same image, and very hard to read.  But I don't see anything obviously wrong with it.

        Are you able to restore back to the same NetApp?

        Is this a redirected restore (restore to a blank space) or are you trying to replace files?

        Has this worked in the past?
